never really thought of America as one of my prime destinations...
but i buzzed by on the way home to visit a big pirate friend lurking in the Nevada desert
.....its really like stepping into a movie ...
like when you go to Sicily and you become part of a mob flick....
anyway .... it really is just like tv....
Bonanza, Dallas, Man from Atlantis, Nerds, David Letterman, Sex in the City ...
it's all still there ...
cowboys, indians, big cars, crazy gun laws, desert, bears, enchanted forest, pop corn and over-eating ... everything is so huge... a croissant the size of a hair dryer.....an apple is an entire dinner ....grapefruit the size of basketballs...and every drink has ice in it....even in mid winter
not quite sure why ....
completely bizarre
